Our 3 establishments have a minimum score of 4/5 on Tripadvisor and all have been awarded the 'Travellers' choice by Tripadvisor' award, which means they are among the top 10% of hotels in the world!

We aim to make a positive contribution to preserving the planet for future generations. All our establishments have been awarded the "Green Key" label.

  • How do I make a reservation?

    The easiest AND the cheapest way is to book directly on our website, where you will benefit from the best prices. You can also contact the hotel by telephone on +32 (0)68 44 51 11 or by e-mail info@hotelhorizon.be In both cases, you will need a credit card.

  • Will I receive confirmation of my booking?

    As soon as your booking has been made, either on our website or by telephone, you will receive written confirmation.

  • Is reception open 24 hours a day?

    Our reception is open 24 hours a day. For security reasons, the automatic entrance doors are closed from 10pm to 7am. Just ring the bell and our night watchman will open the door for you!

  • What time can I check into my room?

    Your room will be available from 4pm. Early check-in is possible, subject to availability and a supplement of €25.

  • What time do I have to leave my room?

    We ask you to leave your room by 10 am. However, it is possible to request a late check-out until 2 pm. for a supplement of 25 euros, subject to availability.

  • Is there a car park? Electric car charging points?

    We indeed have a huge and free parking for cars and coaches. You can recharge your electric car on site

  • Are children free?

    If your child is under 12, he or she will sleep free of charge in the parents' room (max. 1 child per adult). What's more, breakfast is on us!

  • What are the breakfast times?

    We offer 3 types of breakfast for a fee: 1. Our continental buffet (over 80 products) is served every day from 6.30am to 10am in our breakfast room (11 am in the weekend). 2. You can choose to have breakfast in your room, served between 06:30 and midday. 3. Take-away breakfast is also available. All 3 breakfast options must be ordered from reception the day before. It is forbidden to prepare a picnic at the buffet, but we can provide a lunch packet, if booked the day before.

  • Does the hotel have a bar?

    Our bar is open every day from 11am to midnight. We offer a variety of beers on draught and in bottle, wine by the glass or bottle, and a wide range of soft drinks and spirits. You can also order snacks.

  • Does the hotel have a restaurant ?

    Brasserie Horizon is the ideal place to enjoy a meal with family, friends or colleagues. Our trendy, air-conditioned restaurant seats 75 and is open every evening from 6.30pm to 10pm, except Sunday evenings (lunchtime with reservation). When the sun is shining, you can enjoy our vast terrace sheltered from the wind and sun. Every day, we are delighted to offer you a generous selection of local specialities, as well as our favourite dishes. Our menu, which changes with the seasons, is prepared with respect for "home-made" dishes.

  • Are pets allowed?

    You may bring your pet into our establishment (15 euros per pet per night). However, it is forbidden to leave your pet alone in the room.

  • Does the hotel have a gym?

    We have a small fitness room, free of charge.

  • Do I have to pay for WIFI?

    No, WIFI is available throughout the hotel and is totally free!
